- In a large pot, mix the strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice, and stir until well combined.
- Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until it comes to a full rolling boil.
- Stir in the fruit pectin and boil for 1-2 minutes, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and let cool. Store in the refrigerator or process in a water bath for a longer shelf life.
Notes
Store your jam in the fridge for about three weeks, or freeze it for longer storage. Experiment with other fruits like blueberries or cherries for variations.
