  • 1 unit 1 unbaked pie crust Store-bought or homemade.
  • 3 large 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the honey over medium heat until it caramelizes and turns a deep amber color, stirring frequently.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cornstarch.
  4. Slowly add the caramelized honey to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set.
