- Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mix. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month. Reheat before serving.
