- In a glass or dessert cup, start by adding a layer of chocolate mousse at the bottom.
- Follow with a layer of whipped cream, then sprinkle a layer of chocolate cookie crumbs on top.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the layers to set.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge covered for no more than 1-2 days to prevent sogginess. You can layer the parfait the night before to allow flavors to meld together.
