  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes
Vegetables and Beans

  • 1 can beans (like kidney or black beans) Rinsed and drained.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In the Crockpot, combine the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
  2. Add the broth, diced tomatoes, chopped vegetables, beans, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until well combined.
