  • 3 medium potatoes, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Broth and Seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef stew meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
