  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped For garnishing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the broth by heating vegetable or chicken broth in a large pot.
  2. Add minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the pot.
  3. Bring the broth to a simmer.
  4. Add the dumplings to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions.
  5. In the last few minutes, add in the silky noodles and chopped vegetables.
  6. Cook until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
