  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and flatten it into a circular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Once baked, allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for about a month; reheat in the toaster for best results. For variations, consider making it vegan by using flax eggs and vegan cheese alternatives, or add spices for a kick.
