Preparation

- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and flatten it into a circular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
