Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and erythritol until smooth.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, almond flour, and coconut flour. Stir until combined.
- Incorporate ground cinnamon into the mixture.
- Spread the mixture onto parchment paper, forming a thin layer.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool, slice, and roll up!
- Dust with extra sweetener if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. They also freeze beautifully! Reheat in the microwave or thaw in the fridge overnight.
