Preparation
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Notes
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
