  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs if using.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then dredge in the cheese mixture, pressing it onto the chicken to adhere.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  2. Serve with your choice of low-carb vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the olive oil and garlic mix for an hour before coating. If you want a cheesy addition, try mixing in some Mozzarella. Add spices like cayenne or paprika for a kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month.
