Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel tomatoes. Mix until smooth.
- Add shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the sausage balls cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with sour cream or fresh herbs. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
