  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package low-carb wraps or dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Lay out the low-carb wraps or dough on a baking sheet.
  5. Place a portion of the beef mixture on each wrap and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Roll up each wrap tightly and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your keto-friendly cheesy rolls!

Notes

Try different cheeses like cheddar or mozzarella for variation. You can substitute ground beef with turkey, chicken, or even make it vegan using cauliflower or mushrooms. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage.
