  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water Add gradually to reach desired consistency.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • sesame seeds or coarse salt For topping the pretzels.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cream cheese and eggs, blending everything thoroughly until a dough forms.
  4. Add water gradually until you reach your desired dough consistency.
Shaping and Baking
  1. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into pretzel forms.
  2. Place them on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds or coarse salt.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and irresistible.

Notes

These pretzels can be refrigerated for 3-4 days; reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain freshness. Freezing is also an option for later cravings.
