  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Can be substituted with coconut flour.
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or other keto sweetener Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
