Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and egg white (if using).
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and serve.

Notes

Serve in a glamorous glass and pair with light snacks like cucumber sandwiches or cheese and crackers. Chill the glass beforehand for an extra touch of coolness. Store unmixed lavender syrup in the fridge for about 1 month.
