  • 1 cup broccoli florets Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mozzarella recommended but can substitute.
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup Substitute with any creamy soup if needed.
Seasonings and Toppings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Add more for an extra kick if desired.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
