  • 1 teaspoon baking powder Ensure it is gluten-free.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
Wet Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs Best at room temperature.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Can substitute with plant-based butter for vegan option.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
