Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a dollop of cream cheese onto half of the pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning over the cream cheese.
- Top with another pepperoni slice and press the edges to seal.
- Place the pepperoni pockets on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
These pepperoni pockets can be made ahead of time and stored. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. Optional to add spinach or using vegan cream cheese and plant-based pepperoni.
