Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the raspberries and sugar (if using).
- Mash with a muddler or the back of a spoon to create a juicy puree.
- If you want to skip the seeds, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve.
Mixing
- Add the raspberry puree, Moscato, and vodka to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice, seal it, and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Serving
- Grab two glasses and fill them with ice cubes.
- Strain the cocktail mixture evenly into the glasses.
- Pour ½ cup sparkling water or club soda into each glass for that bubbly finish.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few fresh raspberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For storage, the cocktail holds up for about 1 day in the fridge, but the bubbles will diminish over time. Mix raspberry puree and spirits in advance, and add sparkling water before serving. Experiment with flavored vodka for a twist.
