  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur)
  • 1 oz sparkling soda water
  • 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • Ice (enough to fill a cocktail shaker halfway)
  • Fresh raspberries For garnish
  • White chocolate shavings For garnish
  • White chocolate syrup or sugar for rimming

Preparation
  1. Chill the martini glass by placing it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. For pizzazz, rim it with white chocolate syrup or sugar and dip it in grated white chocolate.
Mixing the Drink
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the raspberry liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, sparkling soda water, and heavy cream. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Serving
  1. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass, making sure it’s nice and frothy.
  2. Top it with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with white chocolate shavings. Drizzle some melted white chocolate over the top for extra indulgence.

Notes
