Preparation
- Chill the martini glass by placing it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. For pizzazz, rim it with white chocolate syrup or sugar and dip it in grated white chocolate.
Mixing the Drink
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the raspberry liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, sparkling soda water, and heavy cream. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Serving
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass, making sure it’s nice and frothy.
- Top it with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with white chocolate shavings. Drizzle some melted white chocolate over the top for extra indulgence.
- Sip back and savor this creamy, fruity delight!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For the best results, make it just before serving to keep it fizzy. Experiment with different liqueurs and adjust sweetness according to your taste.
