- Run a slice of tangerine or orange around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip it into a cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, tangerine juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake for 15 seconds until it’s well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of ginger beer for that festive fizz, if desired.
- Finish with a beautiful cinnamon stick for that extra touch of elegance!
Notes
You can store unmixed ingredients in the fridge for up to 5 days. For a variation, add a splash of cranberry juice or swap tequila for vodka. Vegan option: use maple syrup instead of honey.
