  • 2 cups of chopped veggies (carrots, celery, and potatoes) Use seasonal vegetables for added flavor.
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb of protein (chicken, sausage, or beans for a veggie option) Choose thighs for juicier results.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder Toast garlic for enhanced flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season throughout the cooking process.
  • Optional: herbs like thyme or parsley for an extra kick Garnish before serving.

Preparation
  1. Chop the veggies and protein into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Toss all your ingredients into the slow cooker.
  3. Give everything a good stir to combine.
Cooking
  1. Set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Notes
