For the cocktail
  • 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka (vanilla vodka optional) Use vanilla vodka for extra flavor
  • 1 oz pistachio cream liqueur
  • 0.5 oz heavy cream Adjust for sweetness preference
For garnish
  • crushed pistachios For rimming the glass
  • white chocolate shavings Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rub the rim of a martini glass with a slice of lemon or some simple syrup.
  2. Dip the rim into crushed pistachios to coat it well. Set aside in the freezer to chill.
Mixing
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add white chocolate liqueur, vodka, pistachio cream liqueur, and heavy cream.
  2. Add a handful of ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients.
Serving
  1. Remove the chilled martini glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  2. Top with white chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for an elegant finish.

Notes

For a variation, swap pistachio liqueur for Frangelico or add a splash of espresso. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
