Preparation
- Rub the rim of a martini glass with a slice of lemon or some simple syrup.
- Dip the rim into crushed pistachios to coat it well. Set aside in the freezer to chill.
Mixing
- In a cocktail shaker, add white chocolate liqueur, vodka, pistachio cream liqueur, and heavy cream.
- Add a handful of ice to the shaker.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients.
Serving
- Remove the chilled martini glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Top with white chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for an elegant finish.
Notes
For a variation, swap pistachio liqueur for Frangelico or add a splash of espresso. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
